Online registration will be available at a later date. If you want to scan the filled-in application form and send it by email while you send the payment by mail, it is fine with us. If you want to pay by Credit Card you may do so by Pay Pal but you have to pay an additional transaction fee (very small). Let me know and we will send you an invoice.
